Prove to me how you know that Szpilka has a bad chin. I haven't seen enough of Basille to comment on the status of his chin, which actually should be your attitude towards Szpilka, unless you've sat in on his training camps and know more than I do. Uncertainty does not denote stupidity.

Szpilka's chin is untested, so calling him a glass-jaw is stupid and arrogant to say the least

Szpilka's weight is fluctuating quite a bit these days. Either he's trying to find his comfort level or there may be a discipline issue there, which wouldn't surprise me given his personality. Having said this, I think a guy with his medium HW frame should carry 230-235 lbs max, which currently puts him in that zone.

Getting knocked out cold by a hook/jab hybrid does not bode well for him against Szpilka, who really has some nasty power punches and looks for them early and often. Hope he carries international health insurance.
