In my opinion, yes. Cotto is not the same fighter he once was. However, you could make the case that he is seemingly reborn. He is coming off a great win and is full of confidence. Many rate him top 10 p4p in the world today and he is number 1 at 154. However, I believe that regardless of what weight/time this fight took place at, money taps that ass. As a side note, I believe that Cotto has more confidence and is better prepared for this fight than he was for the Pacquiao fight.
