Actually, you can. I won't get into that though. What I will say is that you could make that argument for pretty much every top level fighter. The sport is setup in manner that will it a frequent occurrence that good fights just don't get made.

Not true, it was cotto who turned down the fight years ago(his team saying was to green for mayweather), same with prime Mosley when he said he was going on vacation then to the dentist instead of fighting floyd

To be fair, I don't even know all the dudes he ducked. I didn't follow Mayweather too hard until later. I just know he ducked people at 147 at a time the division was deep.
