Respect to Bute, if he beats Froch in Nottingham and then Kessler in Copenhagen. I am sure some people will still hate on him (saying Froch/Kessler were past prime) but I would become a fan if he pulled it off.

Course he is a fool for evening thinking beyond this weekend.

Bute's promoter is the one thinking about the after Froch. It's his job to plan on the long term. Bute is concentrating on Froch.

Very true but in the short term they need to worry about the possible 2 fighst with the Cobra first as opposed to making statements against future opponents..

Depends on circumstances. Fighter A knocks fighter B the fuck out, fighter C can only hope to gain so much from beating fighter B. However if fighter A barely gets past fighter B, fighter C has an opportunity to elevate himself by knocking fighter B the fuck out.

I turned into a borderline Wardo after the Super Six, but Froched back soon after. It's really hard to support a guy like that.

Bute at least has the balls to travel, even if he is a balding Canadian with a creepy grin.
