Who in the history of boxing can beat Money @ 130?

Armstrong, Pep, Saddler, Chavez, a slightly overweight Salvador Sanchez, Azuma Nelson, maybe Arguello.
Lets not forget a few important factors. These old timers fought 15 rounders, they fought more often, had more top flight competition and weren't afforded the luxury of fighting who they want when they wanted.
If Floyd had to fight the same schedule as Armstrong , without regard to who and where, his place in history might not have been as it is today.
I certainly couldn't imagine Henry Armstrong pulling some of the feminine stunts that Floyd has..for example, shamelessly avoiding Paq and making up rumors about him , or running away from journalists because you don't like their questions.

...Not really feeling Arguello over Mayweather at 130. The one weakness Alexis had, slow feet, could have cost him dear here.

I'm afraid not.

Mitchell would have absolute fits trying to figure out how to deal with Mayweather's speed and defensive excellence. Mitchell was very good, but was best against pressure fighters, or aggressive fighters.

I think Mayweather would win this going away, and possibly win on cuts. (Mitchell had cut issues later in his career.)

That's true, some fighters did cut weight, but it was counterproductive. Jake LaMotta used to cut lots of weight but he wouldn't be able to put it back on like fighters today do. Today, they can strip off 10lbs of water weight, put it back on overnight and be completely healthy by the time of the fight. A fighter with the limitations of the same day weigh in would not be able to strip weight and still be strong.

Interesting choices...particularly Duran, who had just two fights at 130 early in his career, and Sanchez...who had zero fights at the weight.
