Either man could win here, I pick JDS based on how easy he did it last time.... though I don`t expect it to be that easy this time. Anything can happen though so I wouldn`t bet on it.

Give Harold Howard 3 months parole, and he would reclaim the p4p number 1 spot

Harold will soon return from his five year self imposed exile and he will be a man on a mission. He has been honing his skills, and I know this much for sure; the karate aspect is BACK in Jiu Jitsu.

Harold Howard had a system...add 4 oz gloves to those pair of atom bombs he calls fights and the karate aspect will equal a prolonged stay in hospital. Obama introduces Obamacare cause he knew what was up, Dubble h is back, and on the warpath to UFC glory!

Harold Howard issuing a warning; if you get within striking distance, things are going to end very badly for you. Had he chosen to land this strike later in the fight, we probably wouldn't be here talking about MMA. It would have been banned worldwide, immediately.

Let's see who's 'coming on' when Double H returns.

They're releasing a new Faces Of Death, it's that clip on a loop for three hours.

I heard that both of Jennum's feet broke upon impact, just from the sheer concussive force of Howard's strike landing on the mat.

Jennum the Alternate (Judas) only took the fight because he knew Double H was slightly tired.

It's a well know fact the Big John was worried about Jennums fists that he stopped the fight prematurely, not realizing Dubble H's rope a dope-esque strategy. harold knew if he hit Steve, then he'd spend the rest of his life as a Stephen Hawkin impersonator. Harold Howard had a system

what a guy

This could go either way. They pay the big boys the big money because the fights are unpredictable. 1 punch and it's good night. I think JDS will win because in 3 mins I think he will have more opportunities to throw that 1 big KO bomb. But, Cain could as easily end the whole thing in 30 seconds.

The first 30 seconds

But, JDS is very special. I guess we'll find out. He is attempting to be the 3rd HW to defend UFC Gold twice. The fight will be a glimpse into the future. Just a big deal because HW Boxing is not where it's at, and many people will take note of who is HW Champ come Saturday Night. It's very exciting because these two are going to get into a FIGHT, and when your favorite fighter is being punched out in the middle of the cage, there is nothing you can do. It's exciting because no bad ref, no sorry promoter, and no sorry judges will determine the outcome of this fight.

I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it.
