The ACTUAL news is that the C&D letter is because they believe he is defaming them and their client Floyd Mayweather. He if free to investigate all he wants but making baseless allegations is not the same as investigating.

For the record, I'm all for 100% transparency in USADA, VADA, SAT, and HIV testing. What good is it if results can be kept under lock and key? Fuck that; release the results, contracts, and whatever else they've got.
