You found the only picture/article available on him from the magazine on Flickr. I did catch a Google News article that said he was paid $22,000 and a gift from the President for the Obed fight. Obed was quoted as calling him "a strong challenger" and saying the fight was "a wake-up call from God" that he did not eventually heed to train harder and lay off the women.

You might have better luck researching Obed's other "high profile" challenger, Tony "KO King" Gardner, lol.

As per Referee, Jay Edson - Sea Robinson fought aggresively from the 'Opening bell through the
6th Round, and was ahead in the bout. But, Elisha Obed nailed Robinson with a 'big right-hand' in
the 7th Round, which 'turned the tide'. From that point on, Robinson fought defensively and without
aggression, in fear of getting hurt again. Elisha Obed scored easily over the 'second half of the bout'
without too much retaliation from the Ivory Coast boxer.
