Default Bradley explains impossible diet (video)

This guy is a vegan who only takes in 45 grams of protein a day. Some how while cutting he loses all his fat, but still retains most of his muscle.

I can't explain this with science at all.

I understand as a vegan you can get all 9 chains of the amino acids by mixing up your proteins like nuts, with beans.



It's summer time so most weight room regulars are cutting to show their six pack for the ladies. But no way in hell I'm I keeping all my muscle while I'm cutting. I have to up my protein pull back on carbs, and drop calories. I still end up with a lean look. This man is eating only 45 grams of protein a day, and has a lean round muscle look WTF.

If you don't lift weights and aren't in shape you might no understand how hard this is to do.

If this guy is doing this natural, he needs to be selling his diet plan. I would be first in line. I'm gonna have to email Jeff Cavelier (Athlean X dude) or the Hodge twins.

If my memory serves me right, I think you were also the one who questions Pac's ability to jog more than 8 kilometers a day.

You have to accept the fact that even if YOU can't do it, it does NOT mean it's IMPOSSIBLE. There are a lot of POOR people in the Philippines, most specifically the farmers, who doesn't have much to eat, some only eat once or twice a day but still has nice chest definition and six packs. It's genetics.

A lot of teenagers in the Philippines (13-15 years old), who comes from poor families, walk 10 kilometers (a total of 20, back and forth) just to attend school. Bradley's physical traits, same as Pac's training IS NOT impossible even without PEDs.

Again, if YOU can't do it, it DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY mean impossible.

Genetics. Some people put on muscle very easily and lose fat very easily. Bradley is one of them.

To cut weight he probably burns muscle.

Not being rude ive seen guys who Don't workout at all and have 6 packs and its because there skinny.

They eat junk food smoke weed.

Whats up Round 1 ...

Being that Bradley walks around about 150/155, its possible for him to only take 45 grams of protein on a vegan diet. Ou bodies cant tell the difference between meat protein and plant protein, its just protein, amino acids which rebuild our muscle tissue.

When you are gaining mass, it is recommneded that you eat between 1 and 2 grams of protein per bodyweight (Ex. I weigh 185lbs, so if I was bulking I need to get at least 185 grams of protein daily). If you are cutting, the amount of protein isn't as important as long as the amount of calories burned are greater than calories consumed.

So between Bradley's diet, conditioning and genetics, its possible for this to be true.

Even i do 7 KM 5-6 times a week.
And my stamina is shit in the ring compared to Manny.
