It was from something I read that claimed in the case of a counter-suit, both claimants would be required to submit the same documentation.

According to Montoya Floyd is counter suing, although we have no proof that this is true.....he said we would have proof yesterday and we currently don't.

I really dont know.....but whatever is happening I think its on Montoya to reveal his sources or get them to come forward otherwise how can we take him seriously.

I didnt know who the hell he was until this story broke and I dont know if he is credible or not according to some posters here who used to share another forum with him he's not but Im giving him the benefit of the doubt.

But I am running out of patience......
