I am inclined to agree he is a crook. Its in his interests to make Pacman appear like he is ducking Mayweather, he makes a lot more money that way if he doesn't have to go through Golden boy or which ever other route Mayweathers party would take.

on bunceys show he more or less said the only reason he want a inquiry is because people are acusing him of setting this up, theres no way the result will change so its a pointless exersice going through it all, hes had this all set up for months thats exactly why he wont fight mayweather
