After saying that they weren't going to review it, now they are reviewing the fight with a panel of 5 international judges.

So what if the panel finds that the fight should have been scored in favor of Pac?

Irrelevant as it all depends on what a judge favors and one can easily argue that they favored Tim's activity and Manny's change from the first half of the fight to the second half. This is just political formality bullshit. They will say whatever they want and it will just be further incentive for the rematch in November. It's all part of the Top Rank show, boys and girls.
