Sitting at 66kg at the time and was struggling to loose weight, didnt eat for atleast 24hrs dropping 2kg in one day to make the 64kg limit. u cant do that without consequences. pic above im around 65kg, u see any fat besides my pants lol

i was sparring a 14yo kid. i think i was about 22. he hit me in the solar plexis with a beautiful left rip. it winded me made me turn away for a second or two.

little cunt got me. we had a laugh about it.

in a fight i got hit in the liver by a huge left rip. id been on the booze a few weeks before, and when hit, i thought to myself "if there was anything wrong with my liver, id know about it right now'. anyway, i give the cunt one back. it hurt him also. i should have followed it up. got the fight of the night...

another time, i was playing footy, i got hit from the side, right on the liver by ol mates shoulder. it jarred the shit out of me. his mate come in second and had to brace against the impact. solid shots, i got up slow, trying to pretend it didnt hurt....

liver shots are a ko blow. it doesnt even need great power. timing and placement are also critical, as the 14yo proved.

i did the same to a heavy i was sparring with. a big coppa. i hit him with a perfect left rip. i didnt even try to hit hard. it was just one of those well timed, reactive punches that you throw. it stopped him for a second or two in the corner.

after the spar, he asked me to pound at his body as hard as i could. i did. but i couldnt repeat the neat left rip that shook him.

getting stopped by a left rip is nothing to be ashamed of.
