no. if we are basing it off compubox, it would still be 6 rounds a piece where jmm got the 3rd round because he got the higher connect percentage. but jmm actually lost it since he got knocked downed. so even if you do the compubox, jmm lost.

In all fairness he Made Ortiz quit faster than Maidana and Lopez and absorbed alot less punishment in the process, almost none really. Still not sure how you get sucker punched in a professional boxing match after the ref tells you to continue fighting...... but they thats just me.

Need implies Floyd was behind or hurt in the Ortiz fight. You can not post any stats or any pics and vids to show this. Floyd was in control from round One, dominated Ortiz the entire fight until Victor felt like he needed to launch a flying headbut.

So, the real question is why did Victor need to use his head in order to beat Mayweather?

Because ortiz felt that floyd was using his elbows and the ref wouldn't call it. Floyd was actually losing the 4th round but ortiz was too stupid to butt floyd in a very obvious manner.
