That's probably true, but Brook still hasn't got the power to drop Paulie.
Khan's TKO came as an accumulation of punches and most purely down to his dominance and the lack of chance that Paulie had of winning the fight at the time. Plus Paulie wasn't the champion at the time so the referee may be not so favourable in stopping a fight on dominance if it means the title changing hands. |

Just because Carson Jones had him in trouble just by putting pressure on him, doesn't mean that's the only possible way a World level fighter could possibly beat Brook. There might not just be one blueprint. Last night showed that he's in a completely different league to what he's been fighting before.
Saying that, if I had to bet my life either way, I'd probably pick the Brook UD. |
