In my opinion when I shadowbox I use full range with my punches to mimmick the real thing and I throw them always with fullforce / speed to make as realisitic as possible.

But hey people uses shadowboxing for diffrent reasons, I do it to mimmick sparring and praticing techniques other uses it for warming up.

But my general tip would be try to work on a specific combination, move backwars and puch, use angels and try to think of it as you are fighting an opponent(blocking, moving your head, jabing to get away, countering etc)

For example
1 imagine yourself being at the ropes trying to counter.
2 Imagine yourself fighting against a pressure fighter being on the back foot.
3 Imagine yourself pressing the issuse and cutting of the ring with jabs.

Think of as many situations in the ring as possible and think of a combination / move to get out of there and benefit from the situation. Make the training as close as the real thing. It may sound ridiculous but I think you can benefit alot from this mindset.

Shadow box how you would box, you were stood very square on and your punches were not full extensions. Stand more side on and throw your punches (especially that back hand) fully. Use your shoulders and your hips when throwing too. You did with your hooks, but not your back hand.

Also, relaaaaaxxxxx. Yeah you seemed quick enough, but half punches are going to seem quick. Relax your shoulders, relax your movements and try let your punches flow, nice and fluid, shoulders hips and everything moving with your punches.

Good points : hooks, chin nice and tucked away, pivoting well
Bad points : too tense, half punches, square on, no hips/shoulder turning into your punches

Do you box at a gym? This seems like an attic/garage

Just a few comments on your stance:

- you're too square, when fighting on the inside it's ok if your shoulders are square but never your feet.

- you have good all around movement, but sometimes you bring your feet really close together, if you get caught in that instance there's a good chance you'll easily lose balance and get knocked down.

The only thing I can critique on that REALLY caught my attention was the horrible choice of music. It was really terrible, and I couldn't figure out what it was. It sort of sounded like some form of Polka with an Italian mob theme and a hispanic singer for a wedding band. If you changed your music it would definitely level up your shadow boxing : P.
