I still think Wladimir beats Haye, let's be honest he beat him fairly comfortably last year.

But Vitali is a different matter, he is quite slow now and Haye would take a massive speed advantage into that fight.

I'd say Haye/Vitali is a 50-50 fight now, or maybe slightly in Haye's favour.

8/10. Excellent. Felt like the old cruiser DH again.

It was the way he fought that I liked, wasn't afraid to give it to Chisora on the inside which isn't his game, he showed stuff I hadn't seen from him before, and threw a lot of punches. Overcame all of his critics really.

Chisora has some chin, he took some serious bombs the whole fight and is a handful for anyone.

I'd like to see Haye show himself to be a solid fighter and beat a povetkin.

While styles make fights I think Haye has to be favourite if he does fight vitali.

I'd give him a 9...

I'd rate him 243/268. I was in a room full of people who were playing with cats rather than watching the fight so wasn't fully concentrating, but it was far from absolutely amazing, but still impressive. End of the day it's about levels, the only thing world class about Del is his chin, although I don't think Haye is a genuine HW he is by far the better athlete and by far a better boxer. Still got caught with a few he shouldn't have and seemed to gas out quickly as usual.

7/10

Technically he was immense offensively he was great. Defensively, he has good upper body movement, can roll with punches, good movement. But I think he needs to Atleast implement into his gameplan, a head guard. Even Floyd Mayweather even implements a high guard at times, Haye does not block anything! He slips punches, or gets hit cleanly.

Also....

It was a intense fight, and Haye I don't think physically is made to fight at that pace for a long time. It does not matter what type of training he does, he just is not built to sustain a intense pace for 12 rounds. David Haye was getting tired, but to his credit he was forcing the fight through the fatigue.

But I think Chisora's style, will get anybody fatigued. Not many heavyweights come forward, constantly like Chisora does. And then there's the struggle to tie Chisora up, it all takes it out of you.

Everyone who fights Chisora looks completely ****ed by the end of it.

He's like a sea lion, that can box.

6.5/10.

Was an entertaining performance from Haye, but the opponent wasn't up to snuff.

was no wherer near a 9 or 10 some people are giving. he was caught a fair few times and chisora was landing his jab when he threw it. stamina was looking suspect as usual too.

great shot to finish it (the left which did all the damage for first kd) but i think if the fight had gone the 10 would have been in a lot of trouble.

I think his best ever. Certainly at heavyweight.

He finally showed what his fans and critics expected to see from him, with very good punchoutput and not too much backpedalling.
Although I saw him get caught by Chisora a couple of times, and I'm not sure how Haye will react to that if he faces someone with a serious punch.

David fought the way he does when his opponent isn't three foot taller than him. I though it was impressive the way he handled the pressure of a heavier man leaning on him.

It's his best result at HW I think.
But as far as performance goes, it was the same old David Haye.

I think he looks scrappy generally. He's a very flawed fighter.
Maybe that performance is a 9 or 10 for him.
But let's be clear, the Haye from last night was no better than the Haye who fought Wladimir.
That's the problem, if you raise the level of opposition to Wladimir, you'll see Haye's offensive tools completely negated and useless because he'll be forced to turn in another useless defensive snoozer.

I'll give credit where it's due. He produced an exciting fight against the opponent in front of him. He proved he is a class above Chisora.

homeboy... even haye said himself before the fight that Chisora weighed in fat, & it wouldnt help him, so dont shoot the messenger.

At the end of the day, Chisora turned up chubby, & kinda ruined the whole occasion. So all in all I think I was kinda generous to Haye awarding him a seven, when all he had to do was dispose of a gloriously out of shape Del Boy.

I would have given Haye a 6, but for him taking Chisora out earlier than Fury.

7 is a fair score.

For me 7 out of 10 though the finish was devastating.

Chisora weighed in pretty much the same as he did for the VK fight, only a few pounds heavier and not enough to have a significant effect on his performance. Haye made him look bad as he had the speed to keep the fight at his distance and tie Chisora up on the inside. VK wasn't able to do that. It was an excellent performance from Haye, winning every round and stopping someone who had never been stopped before.
