Carl Froch is the last man that your average gym fighter would want to piss off.

Quite alot of top class fighters go very easy on their sparring partners (Muhammad Ali was famous for it, as was Ricky Hatton) but Carl does no such thing. If you tag him then he treats it as he treats a real, official fight! Knocked George Groves down fairly hard in sparring by all accounts.
