Boxnation - Card Detail Change

Anyone had problems changing their card details ?

Got a new card but it wont let me add new details, just keeps saying Problem adding Payment Details

Anyone else had this issue ?

i just changed my card details yesterday.
Its easy..delete the old card and add new one.

what card have you changed, viewing card or credit/debit card

if its viewing card and your using the same visa or whatever just click on add another payment type, enter the same details in again and then it will work

I've had the same problem mate. They have a support line that's top notch. Had my problem sorted out inside two minutes. All you have do is phone 1-800-8664-274543-45775-87664-756343-7543-76531

Had to get a lend of someone else's for it.

I try to change debit card details in Paywizard

When I try that it says I still have a live Boxnation Subcription so I have to go to the subcriptions section

And when I try to edit the card details it keeps saying there a problem

I have the same problem, I got a new card and it wouldnt let me update it, paywizard havent responded to my emails and I have now been cut off from boxnation, absolute joke

They haven't taken payment from me this month and I have not changed any of my details and I'm still getting the channel!

Yes!!

The same week Haye fought Chisora actually. I thought they were trying to get one over me because if I resubscribed that week they were going to charge me extra just for that fight but I made sure they didn't. But it's a little complicated and pissed me off at the time.

When my credit card expiry ran out and I got my new card I had trouble updating it. I emailed box nation and pay wizard and they helped me fix it.
