You're correct that Chisora didn't have to pay up, but he did it to save face and for a really great cause! The mixed raced people find it hard to get bone marrow
matches, a genetic shame! I think Haye should have matched it though! A good will gesture. Adam Booth told DeGale that they didn't want his money, for the record.

And to think iceferg the racist thinks this man should be deported, I bet he has never given 20k to charity.
Is it just me or does he seem .... at peace, and humble after the Haye beating? Could actually watch it in full, he didn't annoy me once !

More of value to people than Dereck.

No but give him a chance people are too quick to have a pop at him.
Considering he's acted like a common thug the last three years, I think he's had a chance.

No, he got humiliated and he's trying to save face. He's still the same piece of **** underneath.

I'm pretty sure if you were paid to wear kappa you would, the guy stuck to his words and you gotta repect him for that.

Except he didn't. Haye gave it to the charity.

not one article in any papers about this. takes the ****ing ****. it makes me think do the media just wanna bury the sport sometimes. pages on the negatives **** all on the positives ( froch , burns , the good sportsmanship after haye vs chisora , team gb etc). that jeff powell in the mail is the biggest **** of them all.

Good to see Dereck honouring his bet and getting help for his issues. Of course this one gesture doesn't erase all of his past errors but clearly he seems to be in better place than he was before the Haye fight.
