Default Master's boxing...any tips on finding opponents?

Quick question...

I'm 38 years old and am a late comer to boxing (only 2 fights so far)
I know about Ringside, Title's and Gleason's tournaments but am having trouble finding master's opponents in Virginia and the surrounding States.

Any tips?

I've posted on mastersboxing.com but there doesn't seem to be a good database of registered fighters to look at

I'm 165lbs - 178lb weight class

Regards

Is fighting in the non-masters an option for you? Depending where you are, it may or may not be allowed. Here in Ontario, Canada - i'm able to compete in the lower age bracket (at age 37). Otherwise, i think i'd have a heck of a time finding masters opponents at 132-139 lbs. Good luck in your search.

Unfortunately, USA Boxing will not allow anyone over 34 to fight anyone 34 or under. It's a line in the sand
