the thing I like most about Frank is his attitude to the sport.
McCall is his goat because "at best you have a chance of pot shotting your way to a draw" |

Louis deserves this place, the most dominant fighter ever in the history of Boxing is worthy of this place for sure, thatīs my view....
IMO the others would be Greb Robinson Armstrong Langford And this one may be a bit controversial, but IMO Joe Gans is a top 5 worthy as well....I donīt know if I would rate him there though...... Greb, SRR, Louis, Armstrong and Langford would be my top 5, I think......in my reviewed list. |

On what basis do you say this?Louis reigned in a piss-weak division, and still found time to get knocked out in his prime by Max Schmeling. You could make arguments for Pep, Monzon, Robinson, and more, it's not clear-cut. And what's more important than 'dominance'? Resume is. And Ezzard Charles has Louis beat HANDS DOWN in this, THE most important one of all.

I just donīt think the "resume is the mos important thing" is always true, you know...... I give a LOT of value to resume, of course....but if we do that all the time we can be unfair with certain fighters IMO. Louis being THE Champion for a long time, looking so good like he did gives him a good enough valuation that compensates his "lack" of ATGs in his resume.... Thatīs my view. Due to the H2H ability he shows on video he was actually UNLUCKY to not have a Foreman for example, to face in his days..... |

We R witnessing N Xample of a lighter handed lufcrazy arguing against a heavier handed lufcrazy .
Here is my sorting of d lufcrazies in order of their heavy handedness , from heaviest 2 lightest : 1. Vic Jofre-BRASIL , o'riray , reznick , The Mongoose , all these sudden new accounts , My2Sense , klompton , bodhi , SuzieQ49 , Bill Butcher , Swarmer 2. TheGreatA , McGrain , teeto , mcvey , Azzer85 , TAC602 , 3. lufcrazy , Hands Of Iron , FleaMan , KittiKassem , Pachilles I might edit later 4 enhancing each tier and maybe adding another tier . That's why Louis makes my top 10. He's the only HW I could never completely rule out on a fantasy match up even with his fragilities. |
