To start with, it activates the Groin. Its a bit awkward at 1st, but gives the right signals.

where do you suggest the toes point? I stand with my lead foot at the 12 position with my rear foot at the 3 position, but I have both toes at a 45 degree angle.

Correct?

Ive found that 90 degrees is best for the Biomechanics, of Punching and Defence. If you find it awkward, usually means theres trouble with the Hips.

Back Heel should always be able to see all of the opponent, the front foot should not restrict, its view. If the Backfoot had Eyes. get it.

I see thanks alot sir. Personal question I know but how old are you I'm guesing old but I like the idea of some 20 something scrap if you'd rather keep it to your self don't reply.

Mat, dont tell anyone, Im 68, spending more Time now, in Laboratories, than Gyms. Mind had 50 years of Gyms, loved what I did. Still Learning.

Heres something you can try,simple way of learning the Technique, this Guy is a 17 1/2 stone Heavy 6ft 8ins, stops crossing

Thats the idea, plus Back foot for Distance, Front Foot for Direction.

Yes I would say, but at 1st you might find it awkward. But it primes the TFL and Groin for Movement and helps the Big Toe communicate better, and do its job for Balancing the Shoulders.
