I;d never rule him out completely. On his PCP-like nights he could have pole-axed roy, but it would be a slim chance, I agree.

I think its disingenous to rule any pretty good fighter out completely versus a great. Even Ali lost to a not so great through some bad luck on the night.

I have no doubts. Ward could not take Jones's shots. Ward's hand speed is too slow and his punching too light to effect Roy.
