for some reason i have a sort of bump in the knee that;s like a bump you get from hitting your head on something. It's small , not really noticeable but i feel it as if it's still sore like bruised. It hasnt gone away and its been a couple months. Hasnt really bothered me boxing but getting down to kneel in church is a pain. Anyone know the problem?
