I really can't get into it. I have a pal who has just had his first fight that lasted little over a minute. Came out throwing punches and it just ended up on the floor with an arm bar. He had no choice but to tap.

meh, its ok, has to be fast paced for me to enjoy though, i cant watch a guy try to pass half guard for 3 minutes and listen to joe rogans bullshit about how "exciting" it is, fact is, i do understand it, doesnt mean it cant be incredibly boring most of the time.

then when we have a standup we have the priveldge of watching a guy from a grappling background try to strike....oh dear, that can just be outright embarrassing, especially when the commentators say "nice combination!" when someone misses a wild left-right hook combo
