Default A reasonable training routine?

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum so will probably be throwing a few questions out in the next little while.

After boxing a bit as a teenager I recently got back into boxing after a break of about 8 or 9 years, but the amateur boxing scene where I'm living now (Japan) isn't exactly thriving. I've joined a nice little gym with some pretty good boxers, but there's little in the way of a fixed training program, so I'm pretty much making it up as I go along.

I have really flat feet, which puts a lot of strain on my ankles, and means that large amounts of running and skipping are out. Instead, I swim about 5 mornings a week (5x150m sprints then 250m cool down), followed by an afternoon boxing session, which generally includes:

5x3 minute bike sprints
4 rounds shadow boxing
3 rounds mitts
5 rounds heavy bag
4x30 press ups
5 mins of ab workout

I spar when there are suitable partners (usually 3 or 4 times a week), and take one rest day a week.

My weight is now near to my fighting weight (67kg), and my cardio seems to be coming along fairly well, but does this routine seem ok? Is there anything essential that I'm missing? Am I overtraining? Any and all advice welcome!
