Default Correct Fist

Whats the correct way to make a fist?
Do you clench your fist properly when you shadowbox?
Do you clench your fist as hard as you can when you punch with gloves on?

Thanks!

You should be relaxed while punching and clench it only at moment of impact.

If you keep it clenched all the time, you'll end up with a very tired fist. Even a cramp.
