No I mean with the milk it's 5000, sorry i worded it wrong, I'm on a strict diet. I eat high caloric food and get a lot of protien. I'm in no way stretching the truth, I count my calories. I just started this diet last week. Before my diet was all over the place eating when ever. Now I don't go 3 hours without eating. It's really not hard to eat this much when you're running and working out.

I know but it's not all by itself. half of it is with shakes and such. It's a great way to gain weight and add alot of calories to your diet. Check out "GOMAD" on the internet. I need to gain 7-10 pounds to be able to find a fight otherwise i wouldn't be drinking this much milk. I should also add It's also not whole milk, It's 2%. I tried whole milk and it had me feeling to bloated.

My trainer told me from the local gyms that he gets opponents from that he always had difficulty getting fights for 18 year olds under 125. I don't know much about how fights are put together but I was told I'm going to fight someone who is 18 (I'll be 19 when the fight comes so 19) and about the same weight as me but not above my division it also is usually there first fight as well. I'm sure i could stay the weight i am now and eventually find a fight but that could be a while from what he was telling me. If i was under 19 it would be easy to find a fight. but like i said, i'm unaware how he puts together fights, I'm just telling you what he told me.

This thread's almost as funny as those "How many pullups can you do?" ones.

Ok i get you i suppose it would be easier at junior level finding an opponent your weight that seems to me like hes looking to match you with a fully grown man though

You are not eating 5000 calories a day at your weight and not gaining weight. You are miscalculating somewhere. That's bulking diet levels of calories for a person over 100kg. There is no secret to gaining weight, eat over maintenance and you will grow, simple as that. You are implying that your maintenance level is 5000 calories at 125lbs???

You didn't read my posts clearly or i didn't explain correctly. I am on this diet after not gaining weight on my normal diet which after i counted was about 2500-3000, infact i was losing weight when i trained. I am now eating this and gaining weight. I run ALOT! and I have had to get my thyroid glands checked out by doctors because they thougth i had an issue (that my mom has) that causes her to not gain weight if she's not on medication. I don't have it though (overactive thyroid?). I'm still able to stay lean while eating 5000 a day combined with training. You guys can call bullshit on me all you want.

I'm 60-61 Kg at the moment. I consume between 2800-3000 calories a day to maintain weight.

About 1500, weight 89kg and 5ft11. Weekends that's upped to around 4000 with beer though.
