In fact, I've just calculated it:
Breakfast = Bowl of Fruit and Fibre and milk = approx 378cal Lunch = 140g Chicken Breast & 125g Wholegrain Rice = 368cal Dinner = 140g Chicken Breast & 125g Wholegrain Rice = 368cal Supper = Bowl of Fruit and Fibre and milk = approx 378cal Total = 1492cal Such a varied diet!! |

I count protein and, as much as I'd like to take in 200g per day, it's too fucking expensive, so I'm at about 100g per day
Trying to keep the carbs down really, no more than 100g per day |
