Did you cancel through paywizard?

Frankie boy's involved, what do you expect, he's about as media friendly as Albert Fritzl.

I re-subscribed a couple of weeks before the Haye - Chisora fight using the SUN offer of 2 months for the price of 1 (10 for 2 months). After the fight I cancelled my future payments via Pay Wizard as there was naff all on the schedule I was interested in, I was expecting to still get my full 2 months (as I had already paid for it!), but the channel went off at the end of month 1. Really couldn't be arsed to complain about it mind.

Yeah what is it? Four world title fights in four weeks or something? In fact, they're only showing four world title fights this weekend.

Shocking that for a tenner.

120 for the year is what some people will pay for one ticket to a live show, it's cracking value for money and only costs around 40 pints of beer a year

In Boxnation's defence they have been banging on for months now that they would be introducing a one-off 10 signing on fee.

They emailed me more than once and told me.

Its been on their website.

Its been on their Facebook page.

Its been on their Twitter page.

Its been mentioned more than once on Buncey's show.

And I'm pretty sure it was mentioned on some of the live shows as well.

I just don't see what else they could have done?

As a subscriber from day one it won't effect me, it only effects those subscribing for the first time, or those who have left and wish to come back, which I'm guessing happens alot.

I think they offer outstanding value.

I think the problem with critics is they point out 'dry periods' when there is very little live coverage, whilst these times are disappointing it is natural when you follow the sport of boxing; I don't see people laying this criticism at Sky's door and they have frequently gone weeks, if not months, without coverage.

Personally I don't think of my Boxnation subscription as 10 per month, I think of it as 120 a year; I have worked out that they have shown approximately 300 live fights in just under a year, so thats about 40p a fight, amazing value as far as I am concerned (especially considering some of the fights they have shown).

And one must also bear in mind that this has been their first year in business, so who knows what they'll be able to deliver in the second twelve months if the subscription figures grow appropriately

When I joined this forum I was struck by the level of negativity towards Boxnation, I simply could not understand it; as a boxing fan for over twenty years it was exactly what I had dreamed about, a dedicated channel, all about the sport I love so much!

I began to defend the channel and highlight its good points, and I received a fair bit of criticism, some of it justified I admit because I did go on a bit!!!

However, I can't believe it's still going on!

By now surely the channel has either won individuals over or not?

I would have assumed those who were happy had kept it, and those who were not had not; why keep on complaining if you are not paying for it? And if you are paying for it and are unhappy with it, why?!

I would say that having had some good fun on this forum since the start of the year, I have noted that many of the most popular threads have been about fights being shown on Boxnation.

Haye/Chisora, Burns/Mitchell and Mayweather/Cotto spring to mind (Haye/Chisora in particular gave us all so much to talk about for months, it divided opinion, gave cause to some great discussion, and the poster thread produced some great laughs!).

None of this would have been possible without Boxnation.

Bottom line is very simple to me.

If you like it, subscribe!

If you don't, don't subscribe!

Simples!
