After reading the initialpost, then seeing that guy bending over like a toothless hick with a racoon hanging out of his, and laughing non stop for the first 5 minutes. That is a terrible idea, it looks like the weight is hanging from the top teeth.
I wonder if it would damage your teeth by pulling them out, your gums are malleable, mouth breathing is enough to push your teeth forward as is resting your tongue on your teeth according to my dentist.

Everyone knows the best way to improve your jaw is to talk alot of shit, worked well for muhammad ali.
