I always squatted more than I deadlifted also.
Anyways, when I was 27 yo,(now 35):

Bench 360lbs
Squat 500lbs
Deadlifts 365 x 10, never maxed

Bodweight was 203lbs. I'll never see these numbers again in my lifetime.

What are your numbers out of curiosity?

I'm 160ish lbs

5'8.5

Bench 245 lbs (2 months ago) Possibly lower since we don't bench at Crossfit

Squat 295 hi back version and am told I could crack 300 with the low back squat. We are talking just below parallel in terms of how deep I squat.

Deadlift We have not maxed in over a month but it was 365lbs with a rounded back

I've been working on my Deadlifts with heavy and fast deficit reps (275x5)

Benching your body weight is pretty much your first milestone. It's something you have to work up to. It has nothing to do with how many push ups you can do.

I weighed 150 pounds atm
Not that I'm calling bullshit, but I'd like to see you squat 405x6 below parallel (i.e a proper squat) at 150lbs. Any chance of a video?

Also, OP, your numbers are way off for someone your size. If you can bench 100kg you should be able to Dead around 200kg no problem and squat around 150kg. Even these numbers are far from special for someone your size.

At 165lbs when I was weight training, so low rep ranges.

Bench 85kg (Always sucked)
Dead 190kg
Squat 145kg

At my best

Bench - 85Kg

Squat - 110kg

Deadlift - 150kg

I did those weights when I weighed about 63-64Kg. I now only weight 60kg. My bench is only 80kg at the moment, my squat 97.5Kg, deadlift 145kg.

Yes i know, i spent years ignoring my legs and doing mostly upper body exercises. Have so much problems with my hips because of this.

unsure on squats.

Just after I hit those number I went on a cut and am now about 10kg under on both. I really want to get the bench to 150kg and the deads to 200kg but I'm not actually sure i'll be able to, I train for size not strength but may change at some point to try hit those goals.
whats your weight and how do you do bench training?

I'm not lifting like I used to and haven't actually squatted in more than a year, but I do plan on starting up again. I'll try to get a video up of me doing it, but it'll probably be in the low 300's for now

I'm about 202lb. Train chest once a week and as with most of my lifts I'll do 3x12 and every other week throw in 3x5 at the end then I'll just do a max at the end of each month. Ive not done a 1rep max for a while but I did 2x130kgs today, I lost some strength when I cut but my numbers are going up again with my body weight.

I do everything single legged, but I can bulgarian squat 167.5 x 3, Single leg deadlift 120kg. I think I could squat around 260/270kg, but I wouldnt load the bar with that kind of weight regularly, as pretty much every powerlifter who I train with has lower back issues.
My bench is about 100kg for 10 reps, but I do 10 reps, 10 plyo push ups, then start dropping the weight.
My bench is pathetic compared to my lower body power.

I tested my 1 rep max on these today, i did 100kg on the bench press, 80kg on the weighted squats, and 105kg on the deadlifts. This is not bad for me, but i know i'm capable of alot more, i only started working out again this week and have DOM's all over my body.

I'm hoping to vastly improve all in the next 6 weeks. I want to know what others here are capable of so i know what to aim for.
Unless you already are mate.. you need to look into stronglifts 5x5. There are other progs but thats as good as any imo.

When you guys lift, do you do any "boxing" workouts the same day (heavy bag, double end, shadow boxing, sparring.... etc)

That's a massive squat man, I was always terrified to go higher than 150kg because my gym was not really for lifting and there were no spotters or safety bars. What's your bodyweight?
