I hope you guys understand that this development renders the entire past few years of debate over this topic as meaningless. Now, all the damage control from here on out from the ****ing parrots who repeated the Mayweather accusations is pure comedy. This is how these things work. You rough up women, you don't bother defending yourself, you plead guilty...the end. You make unfounded accusations, you get called out on those accusations, you can't back up those allegations....you pay. It's not rocket science. Let this be a lesson to all you faggots out there.

Some had it for Marquez
Some had it a Draw
Some had it for Pacquiao

Deal with it
8-4 for Marquez

"Cotto is a welterweight and the nutritionist is saying the lowest he can go is 144," Arum said. "Manny will be fine with that. He doesn't want a guy to get in there and injure himself by fighting at an unrealistically low weight."

Cotto did say that he didnt' want his belts on the line but PAC said it wouldn't be worth the jump back up to WW if it wasn't for a title. So they agreed to fight for the WBO title at a catch weight of not 144.....145...just a pound under what he weighed in at for the Josh Clottey fight.
- a lot actually picked pac to win, especially on various message boards. and what, you think "insiders" don't place bets on fights Oscar was a 2-1 favourite. Pac was hardly an underdog. Pac was the 2-1 fave against Cotto, does that mean Cotto was a huge underdog.

who cares, it was still a catchweight bout for a paper title that a lot of people call a paper title. why are you bringing up the clottey fight? Cotto looked slow and lethargic in that one.

I see you've completely ignored the other half of my post

- Nice excuses about the penalties. pac wanted these overweight penalties, not because of floyd starting any accusing like you previously tried to say, but because he didn't want to get cheated and was worried about fighting the bigger guys.

- same with catchweights, pac wanted a "fair fight" but you're ok with all this and not ok with floyd asking for blood testing so neither would cheat, because its only fair if EVERYTHING is in pacs favor right?

the fight was completely FAIR, both got their one stipulation, 50/50, everything else. And Pac walked. Why you choose to defend him is beyond me

Fact is....Floyd stated BEFORE any negotiations started that PAC was going to be his "easiest" opponent and at the same time offer him his "biggest" financial reward.

So his accusations.....his demands and his "negotiations tactics" didn't exactly scream ..."I want to fight Manny". It actually pointed to the exact opposite.

Had Floyd went about business as usual we would have already had this fight.....but of course that's not what happened.
No, the weight penalty was demanded first. The weight penalty was demanded by Pacquiao on the 7th December 2009. Mayweather then demanded the testing on the 12th of December 2009.

Hardly anyone had that score.

Pacquiao also out landed Marquez in that fight.

But the point is that it is was a close fight and you can make an argument for either fighting winning.

Some you could not do for the Bradley fight.

Stop lying Pacquiao was a 3/1 underdog.

People called the fight a mismatch and that Pacquiao could get seriously hurt

Pacquiao 13/45 29%
Marquez 12/34 35%

9-3 Marquez with Juan taking 8 CLEAR ROUNDS.

If they are going to argue that this fight was "close and could have gone either way" then they have to argue that the Bradley fight was "close and could have gone either way."

Marquez has nothing to do with the Mayweather debate so that is irrelevant.

Manny lost to Marquez in that 3rd fight. See the video of fans walking out of the MGM saying Manny lost.

LOL nobody and I mean nobody, with any standing in Boxing had it 9-3 to Marquez.

Doesn't surprise me you called it like that though, since your boxing knowledge is severely lacking.

damn flomos. LOL!

This is pretty much it, what a joke. If they are as far up Floyds areshole as they seem they'll shut the **** up about Manny and PED's and pray that Floyd signs for the fight, cos he's not looking good today.
