Floyd mentioned these things with the intent of smearing Pacquiao's reputation.

Floyd's father went further and straight accused Pacquiao of peds.

Roger Mayweather took it even further by making up A Side Meth.

And then, Pacquiao got all three of those guys to teach Americans that freedom of speech includes responsibility
