Default Would anybody like to see Jamie Moore return?

He's a really likeable guy, the fire clearly still burns.

Has he got anything left?

I can see him giving the light-middleweight prizefighter ago in few months time and take it from there. Should he come back?....Depends what the brain scans say to be honest. If there fine and stay fine then war moorsey.

Nah, he looked like shit in his last fight.

Hurt badly by a non-punching, average opponent really, on several occasions.

He knew the game was up in his post fight interview. I think he just hankers for the buzz, and because he didn't really fulfill his potential for reasons beyond his control.

No, I prefer him to stay out of ring. He's done all that he can he won't achieve world title level but he did everything else.

Yeah, but for all the wrong reasons, and if I was a friend or family member with a genuine vested interest,I'd do everything in my power to dissuade him from coming back.

No he falls into that nearly category.

Also looked really good at 154 , not good at 160 and I doubt he can make 154 again.

Prefer it if he didn't,like the guy and he was a really good fighter to watch but he should stay retired. Judging by what he was saying on sky the other day though he will be back in the ring.

I saw him in the street about 2 months ago and he looked pretty slim. Maybe a few years away from the weight routine has enabled him to get closer back to his natural weight.

honestly think hed still blitz the standard at prizefighter... hes been in far too many wars though... always loved his fights so id still watch
same with michael brodie though and we all know how that turned out

he had alot of injuries near the end so the rest would of might of done him good...doubt it though, wasnt there an issue with 'head trauma' as well or hav i totally drempt that up??

be brilliant if he came back good at 160,, him and martain murray should be an easy fight to set up and be a tear up... unfortunately at this point i see jamie just gettin crushed and its not something id like to see

He got out at the right time. I don't think he could cut it at 160 with the current lot at the top of the Brit rankings.

If I was Moore I'd get into the punditry game full time- he's likeable and actually knows how to convey his point across to audience well. If ITV or anyone else are thinking of getting back into the fight game they could do far worse than to employ Jamie Moore.

As a boxer I think he's a spent force. It doesn't seem like he needs the money which is good thing when making a career choice.

He looked shot to shit when in his last fight. I wouldn't like to see him back. He was one of a favourite boxers back in the day with the Macklin and Rhodes wars. I was gutted when Rhodes stopped him, I though he would walk right though him.

I liked his style, but i'd be massively concerned taking into account him stepping away from the ring with a dodgy brain scan. I'm sure that he wouldn't be allowed back in the ring without satisfying many different medical proceedures, but i'd still say leave us with the memories to be honest. The fight with Rhodes was one of the best in recent memory. I saw him on the Haye Ruiz undercard, and he looked far far from his best then.

Definitely not. Loved watching him, but he retired because of worrying brain scans and after seeking medical advice was advised to quit. When it happened it sounded like he quit just in time. He still has his faculties, and is my favourite pundit in the UK. I wish Sky would use him more. His segments visiting gyms were the best thing on Ringside.
