What exactly IS a title eliminator?

A fight between two contenders to determine who will fight the champion, or another contender for the vacant belt.

Ex: Upcoming HW fight between Stiverne and Arreola is a title eliminator.

Although it often times serves little more than essentially a verbal agreement that the sanctioning body will keep you high in the rankings and in mind in the future.

It should be where they take an org, toss it out so that we eliminate one more useless title.
