He is going to be a BEAST by December 1st in Belfast.

Shame that he is getting in this kind of shape just to take out another journeyman within 3 rounds again though.

Hopefully next year he'll face a live opponent

He's in slightly better shape these days, but don't let the lighting and flexing fool you. He appeared to look good in the below video, too:

He's been in great shape for his last couple of fights. He fought the whole Rogan fight southpaw. People seem to forget he's only 23. Apparently Chagaev was being lined up for him.

24 now, actually, but I have to agree that if the division were a lot stronger, he'd realistically have just broken the top 50 and wouldn't be getting so much flack.

He's obviously not 'ripped' and ive slated him a few times on his body but getting ripped isn't an overnight process, well done to him though he is heading in the right direction.
