Ok . I looked it up and it was a different version of the WBC belt he won against Cumminings. The point remains. He won a vacant belt from Cumminings and it was the WBC.

Your're talking about a nothing international title, not a world title. Get a life.
Many fighters win nothing international and intercontinental titles as learning curves. they are not world titles.
