Lets say RJJ faced David Tua after he beat John Ruiz. Who would win and how?

RJJ, you just needed to move sidewards and Tua would freeze up.
RJJ could jab so it would be an UD.

Tua would have more chance in the later rounds since his engine doesn't run out once RJJ his legs become heavier.

It would probably be even more boring than Lewis-Tua, but if even one left hook connects well....
RJJ should be concentrated all night because Tua was a world class finisher so even if one hook connects it probably means the end.

for some perspective, prime RJJ's only bout at heavyweight and Tua against the same opponent

RJJ maybe could have danced for a few rounds, but I think Tua would have caught him eventually.

The '03 version of Tua? RJJ via wide UD without any problems whatsoever. I would even favor Ruiz to take a rematch over that version of Tua.

Roy should have fought Tua.

Would be funny to see a grown man shit himself in the ring.

Tua had a lot of trouble with faster more technical fighters. The Chris Byrd fight was the best example of this because he was a fast fighter who really did not have much pop. RJJ was blazing fast at his best and I think that he would have been able to execute a game plan and avoid Tua's big left hook to win on points.

In that time Roy still had foot speed and reflexes.. Tua couldn't land a flush punch in 12 rounds would be my guess.

It would only take one left hook and Tua would have 12 rounds to land it. Tua by KO.
