Or any type of barbell shoulder press for that matter. The elbows are flared out which is unnatural.

To be honest, if I were to lift weights, I would only consider a kettleball at this point.
Find me articles where there has been serious studies how weights injure people.Bullshit.

Exactly. So to say its bullshit is bull shit and to say he has no foundation for his statement is bullshit. Works both ways

What he is implying IS bullshit. Lifting weights doesn't hurt you unless you do something wrong. The only way actual weights can hurt you is if they fall on you. It always comes down to the individual's errors.

I've been lifting weights for around 7 years or something now and there is only one injury that springs to mind, which was a complete fluke. I have been injured running, walking, boxing, playing football etc a hell of a lot more times than from weights.

He has no foundation for his claims and neither do you.Someone has filled yours and his head with stupid shit about weights.
Only thing i have to say to both of you is educate yourself.
I have been working with weights for 10+ years now and my injuries come from playing basketball and soccer.I have never injured myself while lifting weights. It only improved my health.

All my worst injuries have come from soccer. Strained ligaments in knee+ankle. Never been injured lifting or boxing, excepting blaak eyes which are in no way debilitating.

Do you think there is a Cross over effect. I ask, because of the Chats I have with Sports Doctors. They cant make there minds up one way or the other, interesting topic.

Do it.

You will thank me later in life. Hopefully all these other idiots will stop listening to those dumbass sites that tell them lift ridiculously heavy weight too.

I hope they don't need hip replacements later in life or knee replacements.

I hope I don't need one either.
Roach are you being serious? I'm about to start pushing hard this season...trying to bulk up a bit...

I think so. I mean it's hard to find sources, but a lot of people end up getting hip replacements and all that.

Take a look at advanced calesthenics.

Take a look at Hannibal is King. Dude is built better than anybody using weights.

Yes, it does have to do with genetics, but that doesn't mean you can't reach YOUR genetic potential with advanced calesthenics.

If it was me, I'd say go with calesthenics and pylometrics.

You'll gain size, but you'll have true, tendon strength and healthy joints. You'll look better too.

Do some youtube reserach. They got some guy that makes videos who was a big time weight lifter that then switched to calesthenics and looks way better.

Ladies and gentlemen, we finally have a new Ylem to laugh at.

Are you really that retarded you don't understand that a muscle can just grow or shrink? It makes no difference if you use weights or bodyweight, it doesn't affect how the muscle looks. And you cannot reach your full genetic potential, muscle mass wise or strength wise, without weights.

You're so ignorant on the subject it's embarrassing.
