Default Experiences with NO pre workout drinks

What you tried and liked? I like Jack3d but its not as good as it was, ive heard of others out there like Psycho and White flood.Any experiences.

Your ability to take a punch becomes severely hampered drinking that shit- from experience. The only fight I lost in my last five was partly because of that shit.

Things don't have to be illegal to be banned in boxing, enzo mac recently got done for taking a over the counter fat burner, you have to be careful because you get tarred with the peds brush.

The old jacked you probably had though contains ingredients which are now illegal.

Most of them pre-workout drinks have at some point contained 1,3 dimethylamylamine in them, which is a banned substance in most sports.

Oh thank god, that's the ingredient I was watching over for the whole tome. I avoided it ccompletely. Any others I should look out for?

Your capability to take a impact becomes seriously affected consuming that shit- from encounter. The only battle I missing in my last five was partially because of that crap.
