Default Last Week Before a Fight

I've heard/read to tone down the training and rest up leading up to the fight. What's your typical training regimen look like the last 7 days before a fight? Just trying to get some ideas. Thanks.

You might get a lot of varied responses. But mine looks like this.
Train normal until 7 days before the fight.
During the 7 days, no more weights/strength training, no sparring.
7-3 days before fight - regular cardio (medium-high intensity), bag work pads
2 days before - light cardio (e.g. 5k run). pads
1 day before - shadow boxing only, footwork in the ring

I also trained as usual for 6 of the 7 days, only the day before a fight would be light. My regimen would be as usual as well, sparring, bag work, shadowboxing, cycling, some running, etc.
