It very well could also be that he inadvertently ingested it. I've seen reports estimating as much as 60% of the beef in Mexico could be contaminated with this shit as farmers illegally give it to their cattle and usually nobody does anything about it. Last year something like 109 of the 207 U-17 World Cup players screened in Mexico tested positive for clenbuterol. The test results were thrown out because it was pretty clear that contaminated meat was the cause.

Meh. Really not seeing the risk to Danny's health here. When Chavez Jr does it, it's one thing because he comes into the ring so much bigger than most of his opponents, it's dangerous. Is Erik gonna come into the ring a monster, vastly outweighing Danny? No.

Whether the drug increases anaerobic performance is another thing, I for one don't know. We'll have to wait and see what happens I suppose.

But then it makes you wonder what else Morales has done in the past. Like the old saying goes - once a cheater, always a cheater. I actually don't care if he took the PED to make weight. It's a trust issue. I don't know if I trust him enough to assume he didn't use other forms of PEDs to gain a physical advantage in the ring in the past.
