So the feet and hips rotate to start the punch. Its this starting point that I want to get perfect/optimal. Any tips drills or advice?
Some say "put an imaginary the cigarette out with the ball of your foot" Some say this is bad advice. Whats the best way to "get" and wire up this initial starting motion? |

You've over complicating everything that has to be practiced and corrected in the presence a coach. Go join a gym and stop over thinking absolutely everything. This is like your 5th thread in a few days asking questions like this.

this is what i told him in his other thread lol we don't moniter your every move TS. We don't see you everyday, even if we could explain it wouldn't be any help at all. Even at this point your coach can show the movement but you won't learn it all in one day. Day by day whether you know how to do the technique or not your body will slowly learn what to do. All i can say is when you punch, it'll feel right. You're over complicating things, you're too stubborn and too impatient. Get to the gym and just work on it instead of just asking people, how to do this, how to do that. It's nice to get input from others but you'll never learn this way alone lol alot of the learning in this sport just happens to "click" in your head not saying you can't slowly improve. Most of the time those small improvements are those times when the idea and realization just clicks in your head. plus every thread you made is almost exactly the same Last edited by r1p00pk; 10-21-2012 at 01:51 AM. |
