Broke my nose in my first fight last week by an accidental headbutt, doctors wont me top have surgery on it to put it back into place on Wednesday.
Dont think im going to do it as ill probably break it again and i wont be able to spar for atleast a month after, want to compete regularly so dont want any setbacks. A for training at the moment while it heals ill probally going to leave sparring for a week or to just incase i get caught with a cracken good one setting it back evening more! Has anyone tried the headgear with the bar across the nose, wats it like for hits agaisnt the nose? Does anyone reccomend it? Has anyone got any experience thede like to share about borkn noses and how they got on with it? |

It's your nose dude. Get it fixed. Sparring and competing can wait a few months, but you're stuck with your nose, and sinuses forever).

ah that sucks. Yeah, the headgear with the bar in front does help. But mostly to prevent it from getting nose busted to begin with. Not sure how much it would help now that it is already broken.
Common sense says you shouldn't spar for now. Just keep conditioned. Pics? Let's see the before and after if you do go for surgery |
