what if and its quite a big if, the brook-khan fight is for a world title that brook holds? surely that would change the %

Brook is a step down from them at the moment. Beat Alexander though and fair enough.
But the fact remains A non punching woefully average skilled lightweight is Amir's next opponent, plus Khan would be moving upto 147 to fight Brook..It's not much of a step down from the likes of Maidana/Judah/Garcia against a counter puncher with good accuracy and a solid punch, it's a bad match up for Khan stylistically IMO, big ask for Amir just like it is for Kell.

Both have a lot to prove in there next few fights.

I think he meant Asif Vali, for all the stick he gets Asif actually seems like a decent guy.

Everytime I see him he always looks like he's had a hot curry though, sweat always dripping from his head

Come on Laz.
I know that. I have no problem with it, I'm just saying.

Everyone knew Khan would take a step down after 2 successive defeats, it'd have been reckless not to have done so. But of all the opposition prior to that, Brook is a step down in terms of exposure and experience. Plus Khan is a very big step up in terms of opposition for Brook. So bam bam is right to say Khan's justified in expecting more than 50-50.

Eddie Hearns is literally talking his fighters into the position he wants them to be.

Brook is a complete and utter nobody to Khan but Sky are trying to create a fight that shouldn't be in discussion.

You can see the way he spoke about Kal Yafai, Reid and even Purdy who supposedly has been excused of the Lynes fight and is suddenly a world class contender.

Its embarassing but with Skys backing and marketing, he can do it, get away with it and 98% of fans will believe it.

Brook brings almost nothing to the table for Khan, he is probable the equivilant of Carlos Molina to US tv . Brook should get the same deal as Paul McCloskey

I didn't dispute that JFT I actually said 70-30 in Khan's favor would be fair

And my point is Brook is a step up from Molina in Khan's rebuilding process.

If kel beats devon well for the title the % will be more even split.

Hope devon does not vacate and kel fights a no name for the title

Because it will be the biggest factor to the fight not happening.
