Well, Eddie had this to say, and its not like a boxing promoter to lie.

Only fights with Amir Khan and Ricky Hatton would take precedence over a world title fight. But we're in a great position now - we're the mandatory challenger for the IBF title and that's not going to go away, we've worked hard to get into this position and we want to exploit it and make the world title fight happen.

If the IBF start playing the twat why not setup a fight stateside against a top 5 and raise the ranking for another organisation.

It has to be a top level operator though, even if one picked to suit Kels skills.

IBF are the newest of the 'big 4' but seem to be the best at the moment and I think they will make sure the fight gets made due to Hearn being 'in' with them

If that's the case then they need to put up or shut up - he needs to fight a big name championship caliber opponent in a tough fight. Usually I'd accept someone taking a bit of a gimme with a title shot just round the corner, but this has been going on to long.
if after all this, it isn't Alexander or for the title next then at the very least he HAS to be fighting someone like Marcos Maidana or Josesito Lopez. There can't be anymore bums or eliminator type tomato cans up in Sheffield. That well has truly run dry.

If they're looking for a warmup or an inbetween fight before Alexander I really don't see why they'd wait as long as Feb March, following Saturday's 7 minutes Brook could start another camp in the next 2 weeks and try and get another one in this year, no point hanging about
