Once again, irrelevant. It's USADA's choice not to, not Floyd.

Why would Pac need to control the windows to his testing?

Also I recall Manny saying that he just doesn't want to be tested the "day of the fight."

When told he had a 14 day window he said, "that is too close to the fight."
And in the summer of 2010, Manny and Floyd came to an agreement over the testing and Floyd went on a year and an half vacation.

Please stop it you're reaching and embarrassing yourself. It wasn't random and wasn't even properly screened with the same testing criteria that PBF uses.

What a mother****er you are.

Exactly his blind love for Pac has no bounds. PBF has done Olympic style testing for three fights Pac has yet to do it for one but PBF is the bad guy here.

Did Pacquiao know about it?

It was random

Bertoid, Cheaterson, both were caught out by urine tests and both just like Floyd accused their opponent of PED use.

He missed weight one time = known cheater? You do realize that Floyd at least made an effort to give JMM a chance but agreeing to 145. He was coming off a long layoff and missed the weight. If you consider that as cheating, how about Pac demands for cotto and margo's catchweights? again what a bias mother****er.

And FYI, when fighter misses weight they are consider as unprofessional and not a cheater get it right u dumb pactard.

No they did not. I love how you try and change the facts but I will educate you on it.

After Manny refused the 14 day window and went on to fight Clottey, Mayweather said that Manny would not get another cut off offer.

Mayweather then went back to his original offer which was full random urine and blood testing. After Floyd defeated Mosley he said it again.

Later on Manny said he would do the 14 day cut off which was not on the table anymore. Arum said they agreed to full testing and on 24/7 Koncz said, " We pretty much agreed to testing, just not within 10 days."

They never agreed to full testing with no cut offs.

I will repeat what I said earlier. Manny is not suspect bc he went up in weight, but bc of the way he acted and the way his team acted regarding a simple request that they agreed to but later backed out and wanted cut offs.

When people use words like Bertoid and Cheaterson I know I'm dealing with a Pactard. You've just exposed yourself of not being capable of serious debate.

He never had any intention of making the weight.

Dishonorable cheating $%.

Disgusted by what he did.

Yeah, I see you like protecting cheats. No wonder you support Mayweather.

Is he still injecting himself with Xylocaine, if not I'm sure his daddy can cut his coke with it.

The way Pac and his team ran and made so many excuses was absolutely disgraceful

It makes me weak
needles make him weary
Floyd is bigger than me
the nurses may bruise his arm

How would you know? You love pulling shit out of your ass don't u. Who the hell in their right mind like to pay a 400,000 dollar penalty on purpose. If Floyd didn't care to make weight he could've just tell JMM to fight at 147 with no catchweight too bad so sad.
