Anyone know how to make a homemade Double End Bag?

Any tips for installing or even making a double end bag?

i made my own, i can explain you how but all what helped me is google

is used 2 bungee cords and elastic rope which goes between two bungee cords

also i used tennis balls putting one in head height and one for body punching, i made holes in the middle of balls and put rope through them, looped rope on a bungee cord hook and thats it.

upper bungee cord hook is in the ceiling, downer is in the base on the floor.

i made base of two 4kg dumbbells connected with some ropes..

My little brother made one out of a t-shirt stuffed with socks and other clothing, or maybe it was a sock stuffed with a t-shirt. He used the elastic from underwear to suspend it.
He was in the penitentiary at the time.

You can use a nerf ball, they work perfect. But Captain Hook is spot on about hanging it.

How about any tips on hanging at the hieght I want it? What height and how to get it where I want it?

Put a knot below where you want it, on the elastic.
